I never popped in here when I first joined, so here I am.

I have been in customer service for over 15 years or so. I've worked at an arena in both the parking department and later as an usher from the ages of 15 - 19. I worked in restaurants for more years then I care to admit (okay - like 10) I was a sales coordinator for a heavy equipment company. I worked the front desk at a health club and I currently work in a call center for a company that does roadside assistance (among other things)
