I thought I should introduce myself before I started posting. I was a member a few years ago on the old site but for the life of me I can't remember the name I used. If some of my retail war stories sound familiar to you long timers, well, that's the reason

I currently am a "back up CSM" at a WallyWorld grocery store. It's one of those places where just when I think I have heard it all one day a customer comes in with an attitude or request that leaves me shaking my head, wondering why they and their stupidity are allowed to roam free without a caretaker amongst us normal folk.
