I came across this site YEARS ago, and forgot about it until now. Perhaps it was the new-found snobs that come into my restaurant, perhaps it was the vacation I'm on at the moment (an event that I havn't seen in 4 years), perhaps it was that drunken night in Dallas... we may never know.

Either way I've worked for a couple restaurants, and used to run a daily blog about one that shared a parking lot with a night-club. Though it did worry me when the police asked me when I called them if I was at home or work, as they had only my work location on file...

Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading the stories, playin' around in the forums, and certainly sharing my blunders in the "Hospitality" industry...

I hope you will start to take a more active part, though. I have a hunch there are some good stories in there somehwere.
