After reading for several years I have finally joined as a member.
Let's see, I've been in customer service since for the last (dear God, has it been that long?) 15 years (ACK! No wonder I'm going crazy.) doing everything from fast food to restaurants to big box office supply/technology store (the red lower case first word and second word in the name all caps) to non-profit sector.
The name of this site pretty much says it all...from restaurants to non-profits...customers/clients all have one thing in common- the old IDtenT error. Yeah, it's a pain....
Ah well, I suppose I'll wrap this for now and I'll be lurking...until something strikes my fancy and need to respond.
