Newbie Here!
Hi! Been lurking on this site like for a month now. Have worked in Call Centres for a while, so that in itself was an adventure since it had to deal with Credit Cards. Now working for a non profit that has a big annual conference so I get to deal with students, teachers and their parents; that in itself is an experience. Will start posting those tales bit by bit.
