The strip below is based on an experience I had recently with a very loud woman ... I was looking up something for a different customer on the computer when the rude lady came up, and said, "HEY! WAKE UP! I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT!" ... My sense of humor instantly kicked in, so I replied, "Shhh ... I'm trying to take a nap here ..."
