Hey CS. Been reading for quite a while now, but haven't had the credentials (IE: service industry job) to really contribute!
Well, I start training for Tech Support level 1 at my ISP tomorrow. Kinda big in Canada. Name starts with S, and they do internet, television, and semi-recently started offering digital phone service.
Suffice to say, I've read enough to know that a TSR gets a fair share of experiences that could go under the sucky customer umbrella, so I figured I'd sign up!
Here's hoping it isn't as bad as I fear.
