i've been reading this a while (usually at work when i'm trying not to tear the head off of a customer) so i figured maybe it would be some good stress relief to join.

brief intro because i hate this kind of thing....
work in a library. love my coworkers, love 90% of customers. and then there are those few that make me want to chuck the physcians desk reference at their head. ahhh. a girl can dream.

but yeah...i'll be posting all the fun things i get to deal with. i'm amazed i haven't been arrested for murder yet....although, i think anyone that deals with the public should automatically have an insane defense ready to go.

Dream bigger RR! Surely at a library you've gotta have something bigger than a PDR - maybe an Oxford Unabridged or some such? And if there's a second floor you wouldn't even have to throw it..............
