A friend told me about this site so I thought I'd check it out. I work nights at certain local coffee shop and most of our customers are intelligent, understanding, decent human beings, so it's especially frustrating when I get the sucky ones that make me not want to deal with any more customers at all. I look forward to venting and sympathizing with you all.

I feel for you...I used to work in a bookstore that is known in part for their cafes which are supplied by a certain ubiquitous coffee company...I am proud of the fact that I worked 2 years in a cafe store and managed to never actually get cafe trained
