Hello there. 
I'm Matt from Norwich, England (about 120 miles North East from London).
I accidentally stumbled upon this forum via Google and I was hooked at some of the tales of woe. Used to work in retail during my student days and can identify with the events. I'm currently unemployed at the moment
but waiting to hear about a long term temp office job - a bit of a delay regarding references and an occupational health questionnaire but hopefully the job should be offered. 
Nice to see people from all parts of the world on here.
