Hey, all, I guess I should introduce myself. I'm Juniper, I work two retail jobs, and have stories (of course) from each, as well as from jobs in the past.

I am the perpetually cheery one behind the returns desk. You know, the one who will say "I'm sorry, you can't return (item), it's against store policy" and make you believe I mean the first two words.

Yeah, I hate me, too.
