  • Hey Y'all from Ottawa Canada!

    Hey.

MY name is Karla. I just recently was told about this website. I already love it! A middle aged woman (i tell ya, she is ultra cool) told my sister about this site and the word got passed on to me. I checked it out and I am so happy to find a website where we can vent about customers and work.

I work in a grocery store Called Loeb. I'm a front end/cashier supervisor. Its a pretty decent job. It has its ups and downs. For the most part, my co-workers rock. The coustomers, how ever, suck ass majorly. We get a lot of drunk and tipsy people too (we have a liquor store RIGHT beside us). Those people sometimes make work interesting.

I was just introducing myself to you guys.

I know I'll have and I already have tons to share with you.

    Woohoo!!!!
A fellow Canadian, and only an hour away from me.

I worked at a Loeb store too, many years ago. (Actually, it was an IGA back then, but it's Loeb now.)
Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.

Hey Red, we're planning our 2nd annual CS Mt. St. Anne's Ski trip for February. It's a lot closer to you than any of us, consider joining the fun.

its nice to meet a fellow canadian on here! I'm sure there are tons more on this forum.

In general, Loeb is not a bad company to work for.
