OK so I am 21, female, and I work for a small family-run business with my mom and grandma in the office, my uncle the owner and only plumber, the tile-guy-slash-plumbing-helper who goes with uncle on all his jobs, my stepdad as lead appliance repair tech, a good friend of the family learning the trade and being helper to my stepdad, and another good friend of the family who trained before this other guy came in, and now runs calls on his own.
We work for several different home warranty companies as contractors, and we also do authorized service work on Fisher & Paykel appliances that are under manufacturer's warranty. We also, of course, accept cash calls.
I'm the parts department, as well as a receptionist. My grandma runs Plumbing, and my mom is the general office "manager" with a hand in every pot so to speak.
I've had many many SC's including a few that we've completely banned, with BANNED written in big letters everywhere their name comes up. We also have several repeat customers who get somewhat special treatment.
Anyway, that's me.. heh.
