Hi Everyone!
I actually joined here a while back, but have never really had much in the way of stories to make any real posts. I'm now just letting myself be known!
Currently a Call Centre adviser in the UK dealing with Tax Credits(Big hint to where I work, but what the heck, it helps with the background!). Keyword there is *credits*. I'm not a Taxman!
So, hope to share with you all plenty of stories I get from the idiots I have to deal with and I hope you enjoy them!
