Okay, okay, you caught me, I lurk here irregularly.

Yes, I lurk, yes, I have worked with customers (in several fields). Much to my dismay.. I have yet to have a true SC. I've had sucky customer's-tech-supports (worked off and on as a freelance rent-a-nerd), and I have multiple family members who are retail frontliners and/or management, so I have a couple stories worth sharing, if folks want to hear them.
