Hello, my name is Rose. I'm 20 years old and I've been working since I was 16.

Out of the four years I've been working, I've had a variety of jobs. I've never stayed at a job for longer than six months. It's because people in general drive me crazy. Then when I'm forced to serve them, take their shit, and be mentally / emotionally abused for a while, I LOSE IT. Eventually, I reach a breaking point in a 4 - 6 month period and I quit.

Places I've worked: (in order from recent to older)

Family Dollar (I quit two weeks ago)
Worked there for 6 and a half months

    Wal-Mart
    Worked there for 6 months

    Old Time Pottery
    Worked there for 4 months

    Speedway
    Worked there for 5 months

    McDonald's
Worked there for 6 and a half months

    Burger King
Worked there for 5 and a half months

Places I stayed at for a month or so because they sucked sooooo unbelievably much:

Telemarketing (can't remember the company name)
    JcPenney's

I'm in college now and have enough financial aid to support me without having to work. Hence, my username. I'm FINALLY free.

Welcome! Thank God I'm not the only CSer that has never held the same job for a year or more. The longest I've been in a job was for 10 months and it was at this hell hole third party call center. I was a telemarketer there and I was a couple months shy of my 1 year anniversary, but because the client was going through a merger, they pulled the account and the other account I was slated to be switched over to had shitty pay so I ditched it for another job that paid me more (even though the commute was far as hell). The only reason for never holding a job a year or more is because either the job was temporary to begin with or I started loathing my job (I've been a call center monkey for the last 5 years with a few stints in the retail and restaurant biz).
