As I've said, I live in New Zealand ( south-east of Australia ), am a student and have been working in retail for 6 years (I'm young!) - heading over to the States next year after I get my degree and I have many tales of general customer assholery for you! Long time lurker, many of the stories here have made me despair at human nature - but then I realise it can't be all bad thanks to the posters!
