I was on-board a hack or three ago, and finally got 'round to re-registering.
As the screen name suggests, I'm no longer involved in any manner of retail/customer service, but in the past I suffered through three holiday seasons at a toy store and a brief but memorable stint as a huge-box retailer cashier. Yes, I have seen the suck.
