Howdy all from North Florida........
After a sabbatical from the land of the insane, I am back in the world of customer service. For the last three and a half years I have been the Sports Director for four ESPN Radio stations in Vermont, but after my wife was transferred to Florida, I had to get a "real job" and am back in customer service.
Once upon a time I was known as the "Cableguy" on here, but then got back into radio after a long sabbatical. Since no one seems to want to leave radio in Jacksonville, I had to make a living and back in the insanity I am for a mortgage company.
Trust me, I will be able to give many a story about customer service and the lunatics we all serve.
