Nice to meet y'all!
I am a SoCal based grumpy thirty-somethin' single mom. I am not going to state the obvious (I work in customer service, oops, I guess I did anyway...)
I work for a Dot Com involved in the fashion world. Before that, I worked for a Dot Com that sold tools. Before that I worked in retail hell. (Read: The Mall.) I guess you could say I am a customer service queen. Why the #$%! didn't I go to college!?
So, here I am, glad to have found this place, can't wait to share my tales of woe and read yours!
Customers really do suck, sometimes, don't they?
