Hi, 
Been lurking on here fror a few months but decided to take the plunge and register, so just a quick introduction, I'm from Bristol, UK. (male)
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it
), not working at them moment, but have worked in various call centres doing technical support for the last few years, as well as 5 years in a small retail environment (computer store).

Got a few anecdote to tell but as they happened a few years ago I'm still attempting to recall details (that mind bleach seems to have done the trick)
Reading the stories here reminds me of why I'm refusing to work in retail or sales, EVER, it's bad enuogh having to deal with the general public, specially when one lacks confidence (like myself)
