Hey everybody! I just wanted to introduce myself as the newest customer service goon.
I work for an online website that deals with vacation rentals, which shall remain nameless because i happen to love my job 95% of the time and would like to keep it for as long as possible
My company hosts vr's (vacation rentals) on our website and we help people find places to stay all over the USA. Think hotels.com, only with vr's. I'm the first line of defense between the customers and management.
Most of the customers i deal with are folks who honestly have run across a problem with the website and i'm completely willing to help them and go above and beyond to get them what they need. I'm great like that. Occasionally though we get a customer who is just... special. So i'd figured i'd share the stories as they arise.
