Hi everyone. 
My name's Cass and I'm a shop assistant in a local seafood take-away on the mid-north coast of New South Wales. Oh my gods! Talk about 'sucky customers'! There is nothing like a death stare from someone whos burger is taking just one minute longer than they want it to. 
Yikes!
So very glad there is a site like this, we (who serve customers) desperately need it.
