Yes, as you probably guessed by the name, I work for the "Big Blue Box" of retail. I thought I had registered with this site previously, but I must be mistaken.

My current duties include answering the phones and performing telephone related sales. Although it's not expressly written, I also tend to perform some support for those customers, as well. Often in performing these duties, I get some customers who will drive me over the edge with their stupidity or rude demeanor.
