My customer service history is about 10 years now. I started out working at the deli counter in a grocery store, moved on to tech support on my college campus, took a break from the customers to go to grad school in biology.
I now work for a small company doing phone and email tech support. I also train our customers on use of our products. In this job, 90% of my customers are wonderful. It is amazing. Some of them are very clueless however, and we occasionally get 'WTF? why are you calling us?' calls.
I also volunteer at the SPCA. I socialize/play with the cats and also do adoption 'counseling'. I have several SC stories from there, probably more than from my actual job.
