Hello!
I am a dept. Manager at a national arts and crafts chain store. I run the frameing dept which includes the custom frame shop but I started as a seasonal hire on the floor. I have had old ladies throw plastic holly bushes in my face, customers collapse grids I was building, and even a woman standing in the middle of the glue aisle demand to know where the glue was. All of that is outside the frame shop which has it's own category of sucky customers.
