Hello! I wanted to introduce myself to you all before I started posting stories or commenting on them, so here it goes!
Greetings from Ohio. I am currently a stay at home mom but I used to be on the front lines of Customer Service. When I was young, I wanted to get out of the rut of retail jobs that I held, so I jumped in to the property and casualty insurance field as a CSR then an agent (aka glorified CSR).
When I got burned out at that, I decided that I really liked the office environment, but I hated having to "be nice" to clients, so I went back to school and held a few receptionist positions while in school. Being a receptionist just meant passing the SC calls to someone else, so most of my stories from that era are about the coworkers or bosses.
I then moved on to working in the front office of a counseling center. That job comes with both great SC stories and coworker stories.
Now most of my stories are about sightings I see when I am out and about and let me tell you, there are a lot of crappy people in the world today.
I have enjoyed "lurking" at this sight for a few months now, you all have great stories!
