Hi there, Jay Fear here, retail drone and aspiring journalist from Australia. I currently work at a large drycleaner/tailor and am just looking for some further insigh into the often crazy/painful world of retail.

A few friends recommended these boards as a great source of catharsis and empathy, so I hope I can bring a few entertaining or familiar situations to you all.
