Hi ya'll... I just found this site and had to join. I'm currently a security guard, in a position that limits my exposure to SCs, but I have 3 1/2 years experience in call centers, as well as time at a grocery store, library, 2 fast food places... you get the picture

I just look forward to talking to people who understand that the customer is NOT always right.

Well I'm not from the city either. I live in one of the small towns south of it. I live 30 minutes from the Beltway. Still I like to say Houston cause people actually know where that is.

Still nice to have another Houston area person aboard. I think I lost count how many Houston area CSers there are now...
