I'm an it-technician working with internal it-support for a media company in North of Europe. I'm 31 years old and love to talk to people from anywhere in the world. I'm our 2nd/3rd line support for our customers. So only a few phone calls per week. But I used to work for a call center before and have dealt with the most angry and pissed of clients and know how to turn the most furious person into a civilized human again, lol
