Hello. I've been browsing the site for some time, the stories providing some needed relief when lolcat pics aren't enough to ease the pain.

I mostly joined to make browsing easier and access the [spooky music]forbidden areas[/spooky music]. I doubt I'll post much, unless I have a work story that is too juicy not to share.

I live in New England and have worked in assorted customer service jobs for about twenty years. I'm currently in the circulation (ie, subscriptions) department of a newspaper, so boy can I sympathize with MystyGlyttyr's tales.

It's not a matter of being afraid to post, it's more being occupied reading other posts and not always having something interesting to say.

I mean, nothing interesting happened today except seeing more of those magical 12-digit credit card numbers some customers seem to have.
