So I've been reading this webpage for about 8 years now but finally decided to join

So I am in Portland OR, and work in Telecom. Before that I worked in the internet biz, either as tech support or dsl installs or order management.

Now I work at phone company, in installs, porting in phone numbers and coordinating installs. Very busy stuff.
