Been lurking for awhile now, about time I started posting!

I live in Australia. I currently work in a call centre for a major mobile telecomunications company. I've worked in a bunch of different departements, and for the last year I've been selling mobile phones and contracts via inbound calls and online orders.

I've also worked in fast food, and I worked in a law firm for a few years.
