Hello CS!

First off... Raps, this place rocks!

I have been lurking for a couple of months now. Had to sign up.

I have been in IT for 25 years, 19 off them as Sales Support. However, I'm an end user now. As my department supports “The Business,” most of my current SCs are SCWs. I'll probably put most of my posts under Unsupportable.

I do have three years as a gas/mini-mart cashier and four years as a Pizza Dude. Maybe I can remember some of those stories. College years. Recall is questionable.

Don't worry about it.

A little while reading and you'll find posts that are so close to events you had to endure that it'll all come back to you, often resulting in you wishing it hadn't.
