Hiya!
my name is Kate and I am brand spanking new to customers suck. was directed here by a friend and I am already enjoying the company!
I currently work for a large music festival in Toronto, Ontario in programming/artist relations. This means I get yelled at by artists' managers and agents about font sizing in programmes and why one band is listed before another (ummm... alphabetical order will ALWAYS put A before T, but maybe I will check out your new-fangled dictionary!) Basically I deal with asshats who think they are more important than they really are.
I have also worked in media relations (again- where you get a lot of the "don't you know who I am?" Either yeah - I do, and you aint that special or nope, I don't and I don't give a toss)
I've also worked in many pubs and restaurants, worked as a cashier, front desk/staff supervisor at a recreation centre... All this means is I have had to deal with customers/clients etc in many different forms and have quite a few stories to tell and I enjoy reading everyone elses stories as well. At least it lets me know that I am not alone!
Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you all better as I start exploring this fabulous site a bit more!
And sorry for the disjointed crazy rambling style of my post. Work is getting pretty crazy which means running on no sleep - so I many start babbling incoherently... just smack the back of my head and send me on my way - i'll straighten out eventually!
cheers!
