    Long Time Coming...

    Hi Everyone!

    I have been lurking about here for sometime, seeking solace in others' tales of customer-induced frustration and decided it was time for me to give back.

    I have had many jobs to take inspiration from, working in food service, veterinary reception, banks and call centers. Despite all this, I am still surprised by the level of EW-idness I and others here come into contact with on a daily basis.

    Can't wait to start posting!

      At the moment I am working in a call center, providing tech support for a wide range of products. Basically, I am a glorified hand holder, as despite being trained to do truly magical things with televisions, DVD recorders, etc., most of the time I am explaining the obvious to the ungrateful.
