    Hello!
    I'm Nina. I've been lurking and reading old threads for awhile, and I finally decided to join. I don't know if I'll have much to contribute, I've never really worked in a customer service industry. My last job was as a peer counselor to college students on academic probation...I have some stories about stupid people and I could post them if someone was interested. Mostly though, I'm just here to read and giggle!

      We actually have several members here that are in education as well. Mostly teachers, they don't post much often either. But that's ok, you don't have to start threads to join in on the fun.
