Hello everyone!

I'm never sure what I'm supposed to say in those introductions posts, but...

First, my apologies for my wonky grammar and possibly weird vocabulary, I'm French.

Second, who am I?
A medical student mainly, but I'm also working for my university as a tutor for first and second year med students...

Discovering this forum has reawakened my memories of one particular patient... I may post those once I'm more familiar with the forum, but for now I'm just looking around.
And BTW, are there threads for short stories along the same theme, or do we make an entirely new thread every time?

Well, it depends on the type of story. If it happened to you, it goes in Sucky Customers, if you saw it happen, or it happened to someone else, it goes in Sightings. If you're reading a thread and you had a similar experience, by all means, add it to that thread

Thanks for the answers as well, although my question was more about duplicate topics. Are they frowned upon here? Should I try to find if there's a topic already, or just create one when I have a story to share?
(Actually, I have a specific topic in mind : sucky patients in the emergency room - I get a fresh load of stories every other week, and I'm wondering if there's a topic for these already)

We tend to have one thread per new tale, or several short tales to start one new thread. We're fairly easy - with the amount of threads we have we don't expect anyone to start searching for a similar thread to post a similar tale in.

Actually he didn't create the site. A guy by the name of Mr. Slugger (who still pops in now and again) created it, but after the last hack a few years ago he was just too busy to be running the site. Thankfully Raps stepped in and bought the site and kept it going!
