Hello all! 
I'm a long time lurker and finaly decided to sign up. I'm currently working two very different jobs. I am a full time secretary at the local board of education (was in HR for 2 years and just started today in registration) and I'm at a game store part time. I'll have plenty of stories from these two jobs as well as all the other customer service positions I've held over the last 10 years.
I know all about the brain bleach due to my unknowingly watching Borat
And I will gladly take all the baked goods you all wish to send my way!
