Greetings from another newbie

Greetings all!

I've just spent the past week reading through the archived stories here at customerssuck.com. They are both hilarious and painful, as I'm sure you know. All this reading has brought to mind all the SC incidents I've had over the years, so I decided to join the forum and share them.

I've had three customer service jobs. I worked at a supermarket in HS, a small business (a hobby shop) in college, and am currently at a major office supply chain. Someday, I'll find a "real" job and hopefully have to deal with SCs anymore, but for now, I'm here to share my experiences.

I am in the northeastern USA.
