  • Hi. :)

I suppose I should introduce myself, I've posted a couple times already...

I'm Llythe, born n raised in the middle of Canada. I've been working for the past 4 years (I'm only 20) but I've had my fair share of crummy jobs..

    - working maintenance on a golf course. (I didn't last long here, I was the only girl, and the youngest person by at least 3 years; I got the job because my brother worked there, and my mom was forcing me to get a job)
    - working at a burger joint for a year. (I actually really liked this job, but yea... talk about your sucky customers and coworkers.
    - working at a grocery store for a month. (I didn't like the hypocrisy of the management staff, and I didn't fit in too well with the preppy highschool kids)
    - working at a small, locally owned retail store for 5 months (this was definitely my worst job.)
    - working at a movie theatre for 5 months (I loved this job!! but when I quit, I was the 12th person in two weeks to quit, the other 11 were all friends of mine. cue 'didn't fit in well with preppy highschoolers')
    - working maintenance at an elementary school for 5 months (the pay was nice but... ugh.)
and now in my current job which I love: working with kids before/after school, and working the front desk at a gym. So far.. so good.

I've been a fan of all of you for so long.. hopefully I can think up some stories to tell!

    Llythe

Yea, I know, I've hopped around a lot... my mom keeps freaking when I change jobs because she says it would look terrible on a resume.

Any change of job had a totally good reason, and jobs here are so easy to find it's easy to be picky. So far the job I'm at I've been here for over a year and I love it.
