I've been reading this site for a long time (through two layout changes... I think I discovered the site in late 03) but I never registered for the forums.

I work at Starbucks and I get my own share of particularly shitty customers. Now, I don't get many exceptional ones, but the general consumer base of Starbucks is, I'd say, 25% shitty. Though I'm quite sure this is no new news.
