Hey everyone,
I'm only 26, and have already worked 13 years (combined) in the service industry, and although the majority of my customers aren't sucky, there are those chosen few, and that's why we're here, right?
Anyhow, it's nice to finally be a member after lurking so long, and I hope I can come up with a few stories to keep you guys entertained.
