Hola!!
Just thought I would stop in and introduce myself. 
I've been lurking around for a couple of weeks now, and it seems like a friendly enough place, so I thought I'd dive in and test the waters. I've spent way too much time being amused by this site.
I currently work in social programs eligibility, but I do a lot of "customer service" type work, as where I work is a "call center" environment (which has its own set of frustrations in a social services setting, but more on that later). I've done a lot of customer service work so this suits me in some ways, but in other ways, not so much.
I may not have a lot of stories of my own to post (at least for now) due to confidentiality issues with my work, but I've enjoyed reading all of yours. Plus I probably have a few "war stories" from the Ghosts of Customer-Oriented Jobs Past. I'm looking forward to getting to know y'all!
