Newbie says hi!

Hello all!
I find this site very therapeutic. Before something that happened just recently, I thought reading the posts would be enough, but I no longer can keep quiet...
At this moment I work at the lobby of an office building, doing all sorts of office work as well as signing in guests. I have also worked in retail, so sadly, I have dealt with SC's of all sorts.
