I'm a student and I also work on a national helpline for one of the larger supermarket chains in the uk, at the moment dealing with the loyalty card and home delivery service....

I've worked on the phones for 6 years ... though i'm new to this company so I'm no stranger to sucky customers so hopefully I'll have some tales to tell...
