I'm Mike, I work as a Level 3 tech (soon to be admin as of a week or two with any luck!) for a decently large web hosting company here in Utah. I've been working call centers for about 5 years now, so I'm well versed in customer idiocy, coworker idiocy, and I'm more than ready to get into something new. :-)
