
I just have to become a member of this forum! I've had all sorts of different jobs in retail, worked as an IT-Trainer, did some phone market research, as interviewer and supervisor... Now I'm a managing director/CEO.
I've survived various levels of suckyness in customers, there are many stories to tell. (Oh yeah... the customers survived too.) Currently I only get SCs, when the sh*t has already made contact with the fan. But being the boss has some nice benefits, my brain to mouth filter doesn't need to be in strict mode all the time.
I can be mean and get away with it.Monika
