I've been reading this site for a while, and encountered a wonderfully sucky customer lastnight, so thought I'd join the forum. I'm not very good at introductions, so here's my little bit. I'm a Pet Nurse for Banfield Pet Hospital. That means, I come in close contact with and over-hear a lot of what goes on at PetsMart. We get a few SC's at Banfield, mostly the retarded people, and those you want to strangle for not caring about their pets, but some of the best stories come from next door. So, yeah, I thought I'd join and share some of the fun with everyone else too.
