    I am Kissle24. I've worked for a small communications company doing customer care for about 2 years now. I've answer calls for sales, tech support and billing. I've seen and heard it all from customers.

    Before that I worked for a mail order company that worked mostly with women goign thorugh chemo that had lost their hair. I took mostly sales calls. You wouldn't think taking an order from someone would be that difficult, but customers do seem to ruin it one way or another.

    Granted there are some that just make your day when the call because they are soo nice and caring and patient, that it makes you wish you could clone them and make them all of your customers.

    Then there are the one that make your skin crawl and it takes every ounce of self control not to explode at them telling them just how moronic you think they really are.

    I have a list of general rants that come up over and over and over again with my current job. I also have numerous stories that just make you stop and think WTF. There are some genuinely nice people out there, vbut there are some idiotic jerks too that ruin it for everyone else.

    Luckily I work for a company that will stand up for me if I am abused by a customer, so if they get incredibly ridiculous I just have to hang up, usully with a rude comment attached back at them before they hear the click.

    I was incredibly excited to find a forum to post my rants and raves, and even share some laughs of customers that you wonder how the survive day to day in their lives.
